A very friendly welcome, and received a quiet disable room as requested. I was offered a parking space at the rear of the hotel as I carry a disabled badge. The lift was out of action but I was asked if I needed help with my bags by the staff. The room was warm and spotlessly clean with disabled facilities and wheelchair friendly. All the staff I met were happy and friendly. I would have no hesitation in returning. Food of the hotel was very good and tasty.
