I had booked our room in advance before 1 month. When we arrived the staff were extremely helpful in allocating a disabled room and even helping us in with our cases from the car parking. Clean and very tidy hotel. The disabled room was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Nicely accessible bathroom for manual wheelchair user. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Value for money hotel and very accessible stay for me.
