I stayed here for one night on my recent business trip to London. This hotel is not for the disabled traveler, they do not have accessible room. As my stay was just for overnight, i was able to adjust. My room was very clean, the bed was very nice and comfortable to sleep in with a fantastic mattress and the bathroom was way too compact. The staircases are very narrow (no lift / elevator), and it would be a big hurdle for a disabled person. Staff was friendly and helpful though.
