All our Original Recipe Chicken on the Bone is sourced from British and Irish farms and delivered fresh to our restaurants.
In each of our restaurants, a specially trained cook prepares each whole chicken piece by hand. We use only the finest British flour to ‘bread’ our chicken - that’s what we call adding the coating of flour that contains our secret blend of eleven herbs and spices! Freshness is everything to us, so every piece of chicken is fried within 5 to 10 minutes of being breaded.
