On your arrival, we'll give you a personal welcome and present you with your amazing gourmet welcome pack (detailed list on our website). A short guided tour of the cottage and its' facilities will follow including

how to safely use and enjoy the covered private hot tub! The cottage comes completely set up and ready for you to start your luxury holiday and includes FREE  WiFi and has a splendid deep bath with a flat screen TV embedded in the wall above the bath!! There are 6 further TV's in the cottage, so there shouldn't be any arguments 

Enjoy the luxury self-catering experience in the sumptuous lounge, which new leather sofas and a coveted 'love seat'. There is a remote real flame gas fire with bespoke stone fire place, surround-sound stereo system, DVD and 42” plasma TV with full Sky+ HD package. The patio doors offer a panoramic view of the spectacular secluded south-facing walled garden,

with luxury patio furniture and hot tub. The luxury hot tub, which is set within a thatched canopy, is automatically heated to a perfect 38°c 7 days a week. Within the walled garden is a small children's playroom "Tack Room', with easy access, equipped with a sofa, Playstation 2, TV, football table and many games.

Ask for a copy of our complimentary local restaurant guide, which has been compiled from good feedback from previous guests. North Norfolk restaurants can get busy, so it is essential to book to avoid disappointment.
