Paying homage to the multicultural menu's that fill Australian restaurants, Atlas Dining in South Yarra brings together the best bits of International cuisine to the one place. The menu changes every four months to feature a different cuisine of a different country that the chef has visited is explored, brought to culinary life through modern twists and flavours. This creative concept uses prime seasonal produce and the majority of the dishes will be cooked using the custom designed wood oven, hearth and grills.
The Atlas Dining menu will forever evolve to reflect multicultural Australia. Every four months I will explore the cuisine of a different country that I have visited, adding my own special twist on what I have learnt during my travels.
Using the best, locally sourced ingredients, the majority of the dishes will be ‘touched by fire’ using a custom designed wood oven, hearth and grills, creating unique wood fired flavours. The beverage menu will also be inspired by the region and evolve as the menu changes.
