A relaxing day trip that's only 30 minutes north west from the city is possible at the Witchmount Estate – home to Avanti, a modern-Italian trattoria. Inside the intimate restaurant, linen-draped tables and artwork adorn the walls, creating a fine-dining atmosphere between the vines. The estate also boasts a grand function room that can cater up to 280 guests. Award winning winery producing some of the finest wines and spread over 100 acres with 65 acres under vine we grow Shiraz, Cabernet, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Barbera and Tempranillo. Our cellar door is open for wine tasting from 11am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.
