Decoy Barn is a two hundred year old Norfolk barn conversion which backs onto, and has views over, Fritton Lake Country Park. Whether your stay is for business or pleasure, you can be assured of a very warm welcome. Our aim is to make your stay as peaceful, relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

Our king double and twin rooms all have a Visit England level one disability award, suitable for elderly and less mobile guests. All are arranged on the ground floor with wheelchair access. The only step throughout, is 17cms high into each rooms power shower.

All king double and twin rooms exit directly onto the large patio with views over the gardens and Fritton Lake Park Resort. Each has its own quality garden furniture,Wifi, tea making facilities and strong box. Towels and toiletries are supplied . There are two steps down to our two bed suite which has a kitchette, a private covered patio area, a large flat screen tv in each bedroom and its own garden furniture.
