From Thai to Italian, Baby is the mastermind of Chin Chin restaurateur and owner Chris Lucas. Located on Church Street in Richmond, the head chef of the 100-seater Baby is fresh from Milan while former DOC manager Andrea da Como is front-of-house. The pizza here is not your ordinary sort; the base is made with Caputo Molino 00 flour imported from Naples and there's speciality pan-fried and grilled pizzas, to give a "lighter mouth-feel". The menu also features salumi, spezzatino, pasta and a wide range of seasonal salads. All-day, industrial-chic bistro dishing up artisanal pizza and Modern Italian mains with a twist.
