Butcher 128 has nothing to do with meat and everything to do with coffee. Well almost everything. And this cafe was once a butcher and it is at 128 Roberts Street. In the hipster haven of Yarraville, it begs a coffee after a movie at resident Sun Theatre. And these guys know their coffee, reeling off beans, blends and origins so whack they must be making them up. Hip cafe with a grassy courtyard in a former butchers, offering creative brunches and craft coffee.
