Part of the Seven Seeds clan, Cafe De Clieu in Fitzroy is a well-polished cafe with superb coffee and a French-inspired menu. The emphasis remains on coffee, where blended and single origin brews are offered, however the pastries are worth a trip down the sweet-treat lane. De Clieu also runs a free, public coffee cupping sessions every Thursday at 3pm. Brunch, cake and specialty coffee in a hip venue with a marble-topped bar and minimalist wood decor.
