Our philosophy is simple; we want our restaurant backgrounds and passion for Victorian produce to translate into restaurant quality products that people can enjoy at home. We are a husband and wife team with over 25 years combined experience in restaurants all over the world such as Rockpool, Quay, Heathcote's and the 21 Hospitality Group. Our passion is for old-school methods and techniques, and the art of handcrafting beautiful products. Cooking high quality food has always been our focus and we want our love of the classics to translate through our produce. Everything we make is handcrafted in our kitchen in Heidelberg with care and attention to detail, using recipes that have been passed down through generations of chefs in kitchens all over Europe.
