From the dynamic duo behind popular Melbourne haunt Dead Man Espresso, Common Galaxia has quickly become a Seddon favourite. Like its older sibling, Common Galaxia focuses on coffee, with beans from Seven Seeds and Market Lane however the food refuses to play second fiddle with a selection of smorrebrod (Scandinavian open sandwiches) and baked egg dishes proving to be crowd pleasers. With just 40-seats, the small space of Common Galaxia is eclectic and fun with cutlery baskets hanging from tables and leather chairs.
