From the brother of Miss Chu comes Fumanchu, a modern Vietnamese restaurant in the residential suburb of Preston. Decor features an industrial-chic blend of exposed brick, large communal tables and plenty of prettily potted indoor plants. The menu brings a fresh twist to Vietnamese cuisine, with fusion specialities such as Japanese pancakes also appearing alongside rice paper rolls and wok grilled barramundi with sweet soy beurre blanc and lemongrass prawns. We are a Vietnamese restaurant with a modern twist. We are open Tuesday to Sunday from 8am untill late. We have Breakfast/ Brunch menu which caters to those morning cravings, along side great coffee and then we move over into our Vietnamese menu for Lunches and dinners.
