It takes all the good bits of the sun-baked island oasis with its laid back nature, palm trees and coastal calm, taking its diners on a journey. The menu is filled with fresh and natural seafood plates as well as Hawaii inspired Koho menu. The cocktails are tiki inspired and are a multitude of fruity, playful flavour creations! Hana is a raw seafood & cocktail bar inspired by the coastal town of Hana, Maui. Located on Little Collins Street, Melbourne, Hana will be open for lunch, dinner and late night cocktails Monday to Saturday.
