Brothers Christian and Adam Ferrante have teamed up with Marx Grixti (former sommelier at the European/Melbourne Supper Club) to open their restaurant and bar, Hell of the North. The fire is being stoked by chefs Sean Marshall, and their late night supper menu is truly tantalising. Dinner highlights include the twice-cooked pork belly with choucroute. Hell of the North is a modern French dining room. On Friday & Saturday nights we offer supper from 10pm until 1am. On Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays you are welcome to bring a bottle or two, even three…of the very old, vanishingly rare or extremely expensive, the corkage is $25 per bottle, we will happily taste the wines and offer ur professional opinion free of charge.
