This fully accessible house has approximately a 1/4 acre of garden, it has a level tarmac driveway with ample car-parking space, there are ramps to the front and side entrances and has widened internal doorways throughout. It sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has low level cupboards, sink and induction hob, with clear space underneath. There is also a paved patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
The first bedroom has twin beds, one of which is an electric profile bed. It also has a ceiling hoist to the ensuite bathroom and an electronic push button for opening the bedroom door. The second and third bedrooms have zip and link twin beds which can also be superking beds and the fourth bedroom has a standard king bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also benefit from an interlinking ensuite wet-room.
Both ensuites are level access wet-rooms and the ensuite bathroom is equipped with ceiling hoist as pictured.
