Evolution Apartments is a 36 storey apartment hotel comprising 178 spacious guestrooms ideally located in the Brisbane CBD. Located along the Brisbane River in the North Quay precinct of the Brisbane CBD many of the apartments at the property have unrivalled views down the Brisbane River making the building one of the most enviable places to stay.
The property offers spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments along with world class facilities that include a heated lap pool, spa, gym, garden deck, media room, BBQ facilities and a Sky Lounge. Most apartments offer spectacular views of the CBD or the Brisbane River.
Apartments
The rooms comprise of comfortable queen size beds with built-in wardrobes and bed-side tables. The bathrooms offer a clean contemporary feel with modern fittings and smart simple uses of space and light. Each kitchen allows our guests the luxury and cost saving benefit preparing a full cooked meal or a light snack on the run to assist catering for a family or the daily demands of the work-life balance while on the road. This is all complemented by a separate lounge/dining area that opens onto a undercover balcony giving a sense of space to travellers so that they may take a step back and relax.
Evolution is a strata-titled building so each apartment is furnished either to the individual taste of that units owner or with the furniture package that is offered as the standard set through-out the majority of units in the building. Whilst some differences may be noticed from unit to unit what our guests can be assured of is a commitment to offering the highest comfort and quality in each room.
With only a maximum of six units per floor Evolution Apartments offers guests an unparalleled level of privacy and security. This is in comparison to many hotels that have large floors with many rooms meaning a constant hive of noise and activity from other guests walking past your door.
Studio Apartment
Our Studio rooms offer a great alternative to a traditional hotel room offering all the conveniences and amenities of the larger apartment style rooms all at a lower cost. While the Studio rooms might not have the size of their larger counterparts they still provide enough space and comfort for guests to unwind from a busy day out and about in Brisbane and include a separate lounge area with sofa. Our self-contained studio apartments include a Queen size bed, full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry, hairdryer, plasma TV, DVD player, sofa, wireless broadband access and free daily newspaper.
Our Studio rooms are located on the lower levels of the building and access to the rooms from the elevators is through via the same levels as some of the car-parking. Maximum occupancy is 2 people and rates are for up to 2 people using existing bedding.
1 Bedroom Apartment

Our one bedroom apartments are situated on the North East Wing of the building with views from your private balcony back up Tank Street towards Brisbane City.
2 Bedroom Apartment
Our Two Bedroom Apartments are a large and spacious solution when travelling with family, friends or colleagues. Each Apartment offers two separate bedrooms both with Queen beds, ideal for corporate travelling duo looking to maximise their budget. Our two bedroom apartments are situated on the South East Wing of the building with views from your private balcony down the Brisbane River.
Sit back on your private balcony and watch the lights along the South East Freeway blur of into the distance during evening peak hour knowing you are resting comfortably in the spacious surrounds of your apartment. Maximum occupancy is 4 people and rates are for up to 4 people using existing bedding.
