This enchanting 16th Century manor house, has been converted into an award-winning 21 bedroom luxury hotel and fine dining restaurant (2AA Rosettes). It is located in the picturesque village of Corfe Castle, which lies in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck.
The hotel has four accessible rooms called the ‘Dacombe Rooms’ which are located across the garden from the main hotel within the walled garden. Passive Infra-red lighting illuminates the pathway to and from the hotel.
The bedrooms have been specifically designed to be accessible to all, but to accommodate differing needs furniture can be moved or replaced on request. The shower room pictured shows all available equipment however the rooms are normally set up without support arms and shower chairs etc unless requested, so please state when booking the equipment you require.
The hotel has wheelchair access throughout and accessible toilets on the ground floor. For guests with visual impairments the hotel offers menus in larger print on request, they also have a portable hearing loop at reception, if you have a hearing aid set it to T and let the staff know.
