3 star Economy Room
These are small motel style rooms ideal for an inexpensive short stay. The room can accommodate a maximum of two guests only using one bed which is one double size bed. There is no available space for an extra bed or rollaway bed. Each room has a small Ensuite style bathroom with shower & toilet. Each of these rooms has window mounted air-conditioning, flat screen TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities, bar fridge and a space for hanging clothes. There is no elevator servicing these rooms. Access is by stairs only.
4 star Hotel Room
These rooms are popular with our corporate Guests. The room can comfortably accommodate two guests using one bed, which is queen size. There is no available space for an extra bed or rollaway bed. Each room has a bathroom with shower & toilet. Several rooms have bathrooms with a bath. The rooms are air-conditioned using split system air conditioners. All rooms have a writing desk or an area for placing lap tops or similar devices, with easy access to power points. Wall mounted flat screen TV’s are in each room, coupled with Tea & Coffee making facilities, bar fridge, a two door wardrobe and an iron & ironing board. The majority of these rooms have balconies. All Rooms are either on the Ground floor or serviced by an elevator.
4 star One Bedroom Apartments
Business professionals staying for more than one night and other guests requiring something larger than a Hotel style room frequently book these apartments which can accommodate up to 3 three guests. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, four door wardrobe, a lounge/dining area and a full kitchen with glass topped stove, medium sized oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. Tea & coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery and glassware and iron and ironing board are included. Each room has a bathroom with shower & toilet. Several rooms have bathrooms with a bath. All of these rooms have large balconies which open from both the bedroom and the lounge/dining area. All Rooms are serviced by an elevator.
Penthouse
Il Mondo has two very large open plan 3story Penthouses. These Penthouses can accommodate a maximum of six guests utilising one king size bed, one queen size bed and one double bed. There is no option available for an extra bed or a rollaway bed. The main Bedroom has a large Spa, Shower & Toilet. There is a second or Main bathroom and a Powder Room. All areas of the apartment are air-conditioned using split system air conditioners, with the exception of the loft bedroom which is not air conditioned. On the entry level there is a large Dining area and Lounge area. A full size gourmet kitchen with a glass top stove, full size oven, microwave, twin door refrigerator and dishwasher completes the open space on this level. There is access from either the lounge or dining area to two very large balconies. From each of these Penthouses the views are quite spectacular and include the Story Bridge, the City and the Brisbane River. Apart from accommodation the Penthouses can be used for meetings, functions and product launches. Catering can be provided either from in-house or by the local eateries.
