Victoria Street's latest eatery, Seoul Soul is a welcome change to the pho-packed strip - serving traditional Korean street-food in a modern way. The beautiful industrial interior sets the scene for Korean BBQ and classic dishes like bibimbap, which have been tweaked into small bites and share plates. There are Dosirak lunch specials for one, but its best to come in a group and sample everything Seoul Soul has to offer. Minimalist, narrow joint with white-tiled walls and communal tables, for Korean BBQ and bibimbap.
