• Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• The full amount plus USD 100 will be authorized at check-in for incidental charges. Upon check-out, the total balance will be charged to the provided card, and any additional authorized funds will be released by the property. These funds may be available in 5 to 7 business days depending on bank policies.
• All rooms are completely non-smoking. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in a room. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
• All pre-paid reservations are considered non-refundable within the 48-hour cancelation policy. 
• Please note a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted per room. Dogs must be attended at all times, unless crated. Dogs must be leashed in all public areas. A $15 fee is applicable per day per accommodation.
• All reservations will be guaranteed by a CREDIT CARD.
  We will seek authorization on CARD used to cover your room 48 hours before arrival in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
  If your card is found invalid during this authorization, your reservation will be subject to Cancellation.
