Downstairs is Charlie's Bar, an intimate cocktail bar that boasts infinite rustic charm with its exposed brick and dark wooden surfaces that blend harmoniously with russet leather sofas and gold wallpaper. The ground floor of this 19th Century converted warehouse is home to a spacious restaurant dressed in decadent shades of chocolate brown and gold. Raw brick is fused with timber, soft leather and chandeliers grace the ceilings. There is also a casual bar area with large, arched windows opening onto Juliet-style balconies and plenty of al fresco dining in the cobblestone laneway.

The Mill Restaurant offers a Modern Australian menu, sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients to ensure taste and quality in every dish. There a variety of tapas style dishes on offer to start followed by an a la carte menu that spans from an entrée of duck liver brulee with house baked bread and walnut paste to main meals of pomegranate and apple rolled pork belly with roasted garlic mash. A carefully composed wine list showcases wines from the New World, with special homage to boutique drops from Australia and New Zealand. 28 wines are available by the glass, ranging from light summer varieties such as Arneis and Pinot Gris to beautiful winter reds.
