What was once The Swan Hotel is now The Wolf & I. Under chef Daniel Bloom (formerly of Left Bank Restaurant), the menu at The Wolf & I boasts a unique mix of both modern European of traditional pub fare. Great for large groups, this Chapel Street space includes an 80-seater dining area, function rooms, a front bar and two outdoor areas.
The Wolf and I is a very cool place to be seen, whether it is in the unisex toilets, propping up the gorgeous Danish-inspired bar or at a table under the special wall featuring 60 Singer sewing machines. The Scandinavian design is eclectic, light hearted and invigorating, as is the food in this very popular pub and dining space. You can sit with friends to share their Tapas-style meals with duck cigars, smoked trout croquettes, or cured salmon, or maybe dive into something a little heartier with the rabbit tortellini, braised beef cheeks, or gorgeous coq au vin. Plenty of beers on tap, exposed brick and timber fit out, modern touches such as the comfy lounge areas, cool décor and vintage chandeliers in their function spaces means this place has something for everyone.
