All of our rooms at The Franklin Hotel are a little bit different. That being said there are some things within them that are the same. All have en suite bathroom. All have their own Nespresso machine & ipod dock radios. All have refrigerators and irons. All have wall mounted flat panel televisions & split-system air conditioners. All have original, unique artwork from local artists. And all were lovingly, painstakingly and carefully revamped by hand by the owners of the business.
We offer Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. We are located in the CBD. We have a fax machine. We will try and offer our assistance in any way, shape or form Just ask and we will give you a hand if we can.
Deluxe Room
So we don't really like the word standard around The Franklin Hotel. We strive to provide service that is above standard and as such our rooms begin at a level that is also above standard. Unique works from local artists, rustic wooden panelling and colourful, funky lighting in all three of these rooms provides a cosy, homely feeling perfect for having a great night in. Queen sized beds and en suite bathrooms in the Deluxe rooms give you the perfect spot for recuperating after a hard day¿s work or an even better spot to launch a great night out
Premium Room
The highest of quality, Premium is, at is should be, the best we offer. Both rooms have deep soak bathtubs in beautifully appointed bathrooms. Room 3 also has a double headed shower - perfect for revitalising tired bodies. King sized beds and plenty of space within the rooms will help you to leave the world behind and make yourself at home as you nestle into a comfy chair or lounge to catch up on reading or, don¿t, and just snooze the day away. Re worked street lamps provide the light in room 3 while a magnificent boom lamp is given new life with a pink powder coat in room 1.
Superior
Certainly not to imply that our Deluxe rooms are inferior (!) our Superior rooms have just that little bit more to help you relax. Room 2 is all about chilling out with a massive bathroom with a super deep bath tub where you could just soak for hours before getting a perfect night¿s sleep in the king sized bed. A nice touch is the beautiful, original stained glass window treatment here too. Room 6 is one of our largest rooms. Light & airy it is on the western side of the hotel with three large windows. The room is very private and makes a lovely, cosy nest for retreat.
