Vent-i-mar is not five steps from the beach of Can Picafort. Only the promenade separates the house from the wide sandy beach which is equipped with blue sun beds and umbrellas.
We have a total of 16 apartments the size of about 30sqm to 44sqm. Each apartment has at least one bedroom – large apartments also have another bedroom for one person. In each apartment there is an additional sofa bed that provides two additional sleeping places for children. The cabinet in the bedroom provides enough storage space for your personal belongings. Also the safe is in the bedroom. The living area features beside the sofa also chairs and a table, a flat screen TV and a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, sink as well as a fridge. Families often use the kitchenette to prepare meals the children. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and a bathtub. The house is cooled by an air condition, or at the end of the year – when really necessary – even heated. All rooms have partial or full sea views. A small balcony allows you to go at any time outside.
The private public restaurant is characterized by two large marine terraces where we also serve breakfast or half board. One of the two terraces is protected from the wind by a glass border. Our casual kitchen focuses on majorquin specialties as well as selected international classics.
Vent-i-Mar is a 20-minute walk from the Natural Park Albufera, while 11 km away from the town of Alcudia. Also can be arranged at the hotel, car rental. Parking is available free of charge public parking nearby. Versatile shopping opportunities are given and within walking distance.
