Briar Cottage Bed & Breakfast is located in the Culcabock Area of Inverness close to Raigmore Hospital and only 5 minutes from Inverness City Centre making it an excellent base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands.
Recently upgraded there has been a conscious effort to maintain the character of the building which dates from the late 1800's. A modern energy efficient heating system was installed bringing the building completely up to date.
Double Room - From £50 per night
The Double Bedroom is located at the rear of the property on the First Floor and overlooks the large garden with mature apple and plum trees.
Twin Room - From £50 per night
The twin room is our largest room and located to the front of the building. There are several chests of drawers along with a large Wardrobe and freeview television.
Tea Making facilities are provided
Single Room - From £25 per night
The Single room is located at the front of the building on the first floor and features a chest of drawers and Freeview Television.

A guests lounge is provided with comfortable seating and the dining room is available for use free of charge so we would ask that you do not eat in the rooms.
Alas it was not possible to provide en-suite facilities for all the rooms without making extensive changes to Briar Cottage and we felt that would lose a lot of the character of the building so instead a large Bathroom with electric shower is provided for the sole use of Guests.
