This belief appears to have extended to his choice of location - the car park of the Jindalee Homemaker Centre. Simply wonderful is his hearty dish of potato and truffle gnocchi, with manchego cheese sauce and crisp prosciutto. Contemporary cafe with an outdoor deck, for all-day locavore brekkies, plus dinner on Fridays.
