The Penthouse boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this apartment is truly the jewel in the crown of Fitzroy Island Resorts accommodation.
The Penthouse features, spacious living, dining, and kitchen. The living area has access to the large outdoor balcony with magnificent views over Welcome Bay.

RESORT STUDIO
Great value room for couples or friends, with Queen or Twin Beds
Resort Studio Rooms are 32 sqm and are suitable for Twin or Queen size bedding and have limited views of the rainforest.

OCEAN SUITE
Luxuriously appointed spacious one bedroom suite with separate dining and balcony with filtered water views.

WELCOME BAY SUITE
Located on the top floor, and boasting ocean views plus a large balcony these Suites are luxurious, spacious and have a separate bedroom.
The Welcome Bay Suites are fully self-contained, with a generous balcony with ocean views. The apartment has a full kitchen, crockery and cooking utensils, large fridge freezer, hotplates and oven, microwave, dishwasher, guest laundry, iron and ironing board, toaster, tea and coffee facilities.

BEACH CABIN
Boasting beautiful views across Welcome Bay, the Beach Cabin offers a queen bedroom and separate twin bedroom. Be quick they book out fast!

The Cabins are located right on the beach; walk directly from the front balcony to the Beach. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans, Queen size bed and separate bedroom with twin beds. The Cabins are ideal for a romantic getaway or a family with small children.
BUTTERFLY BUNGALOWS
These 3 star bungalows are set amongst the rainforest and are located near the campground and close to the Welcome Bay Beach.
They offer couples and families a self-contained option away from the resort.
The 6 bungalows are aptly named after the butterflies found on Fitzroy Island, Lacewing, Ulysses and Bird Wing to name a few.
Each stand-alone bungalow offers bedding for maximum of 2 adults and up to 3 children, with a queen bed, bunk beds and a fold out bed suitable for a young child. Features include a small internal food preparation area with a mini bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus a covered outdoor deck area with tables and chairs, large Esky and Webber BBQ. Plates, cutlery and basic cooking items are available plus BBQ utensils.
