C'est Bon is a petite French bistro in Woolloongabba that's classically French in every respect, from the food through to the decor. Mahogany furnishings, a burgundy banquette and high ceilings with dainty chandeliers create an elegant atmosphere while the traditional menu of cassoulet, confit and souffle is complemented by a wine list featuring expensive French champagnes and local Australian varietals.
Cʼest Bon French Restaurant Brisbane, a little piece of France tucked away in Woolloongabba on Stanley Street, opened it’s doors to the public on Friday July 24th 2008 amidst much celebration. The restaurant was officially open by premier Anna Bligh on Bastille Day 2008 and is situated in Stanley Street just off the M1 Before the Mater Hospital. As soon you open the door, the atmosphere will transport you into a small restaurant in provincial France and the experience doesnʼt stop there.
Michel Bonnet, has published a book ʻA Boy from Burgundyʼ is the Godfather of our unique establishment and has been passing on his wisdom and experience in the past seven years to Celine Damour.
