Traditional Accessible Queen Room: 205 sq. ft., luxurious Queen sized bed, contemporary decor with local influences, meets ADA requirements.
Deluxe King Room: Upgraded room with 265 sq. ft., luxurious King sized bed, larger 42” flat screen TV, bottled water refreshed daily, located on higher floors and complimentary 1 pm late checkout.
Premier Corner King Room: Our largest non-suite room at 356 sq. ft., this room offers ample space, a luxurious King sized bed, a larger 42” flat screen TV, located on higher floors and complimentary 1 pm late checkout.
Delaware Penthouse Suite: 715 sq. ft. suite with 1 and ½ bathrooms, contemporary décor, spacious separate living room with views of John Handcock Building, large 6-seat dining table, and wet bar.
Michigan Avenue Penthouse: 761 sq. ft. suite with 1 and ½ bathrooms, large picture windows overlooking Michigan Avenue with partial lake view, airy separate living room with fireplace and 11 ft. ceilings, hardwood floors, baby grand piano, 4-seat table, and wet bar.
Chestnut Penthouse Suite: 732 sq. ft. suite with 1 and ½ bathrooms, separate bedroom with seating area, large picture windows with city views, large living room with fireplace, 6-seat dining table, and wet bar. The Chestnut Suite also has the ability to connect to an additional Deluxe King Bedroom at an additional cost.
