ACCOMMODATION
Studio Apartment
Our spacious Studio Apartments are located over 3 levels with 1 x queen bed. An additional single bed can be added at a cost of $20.00 per night to accommodate a third person. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen complete with oven/stove, bar fridge, microwave and cooking equipment along with a television, DVD player, Foxtel & electric blankets. We also offer Complimentary WiFI during your stay.
Your Studio Apartment will be given a basic service each day this includes replacing of towels and rubbish removal. If you are staying 8 or more nights we will clean your apartment once during your stay. This will include a linen change, bathroom and kitchen clean along with vacuuming and mopping of your floors. Extra cleaning can be organised for a small fee if needed. Please note that as we do not open on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day we do not service apartments on these days.
2 Bedroom Apartment – Standard
Our 2 bedroom apartments are located over 3 levels. Our apartments are very spacious, the main bedroom consists of 1 x Queen Bed and the second bedroom consists of 4 x Single beds. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen complete with oven/stove, bar fridge & microwave along with a television with Foxtel, DVD/CD player & electric blankets.

This apartment is located on the TOP FLOOR (no lift access). A very spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with the first bedroom consisting of 1 x Queen Bed and LCD TV, the second Bedroom has 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed. Along with a renovated bathroom this apartment is fully equipped with oven/stove, bar fridge, microwave, TV with Foxtel, DVD/CD player, Playstation 3, electric blankets and in winter when the leaves have fallen from the trees a beautiful view of Mt Wellington from your kitchen window.
3 Bedroom House – Princes Street
Our 3 Bedroom Princes Street house is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With entry via its own private driveway located at 30 Princes St it is a home away from home. Entry is from the back of the house into a large kitchen complete with oven, ceramic cooktop, full size fridge and dishwasher. The dining room is off to the side of the kitchen with a dining setting for 6 guests. The lounge room consists of large chesterfield lounges, LCD TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii. Two of the bedrooms consist of 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed with the third bedroom having 2 x Single beds. Located behind doors in the hall is a washing machine, trough and dryer. The bathroom has a shower unit, vanity, bath and toilet. Outside there is an outdoor setting perfect for summer nights. The driveway is able to park 2 cars easily. For Check-in guests need to come to reception located in the main apartment building at 42 Grosvenor Street.
3 Bedroom House – Grosvenor Street
Tregothan our heritage listed house at the entrance to our property, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for large families or groups of up to 8 guests. The first floor consists of a lovely entrance from Grosvenor Street, main bedroom with 1 x Queen bed and ensuite, small sitting room with TV, large formal lounge room with partners desk for those who still need to work whilst away from home, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry, large open plan kitchen and dining opening up to a courtyard perfect for sitting outside in the summer months. Upstairs takes you to 2 bedrooms the first consisting of 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed the second 3 x single beds.
4 Bedroom House – Grosvenor Street
Our 4 Bedroom Grosvenor Street house was built in the early 1900’s and has undergone a beautiful renovation by its current owners. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With entry via its own private driveway located at 40 Grosvenor St where there is ample parking for 2 cars it is a home away from home. Entry is from the back of the house into a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen comes complete with oven, ceramic cook top, full size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and butler’s pantry. There is a dining setting for 8 guests and the lounge room consists of 2 x 3 seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV. There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom 2 x Single Beds. All have LCD TV’s. The main bedroom has a ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom consists of a walk in shower, 1500mm bath, vanity and toilet. The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
