Booked online before 3 months a disabled room as i am disabled. When we arrived, as stated in the description, the car park was next door rather than part of the hotel’s site. Not a problem as such as not too far to walk, but could be a concern for disabled peoples. Reception had no record of our online booking but luckily got disabled room as it was available. The accessible room had a lower bed and it had a bath & no wet room which was not suitable at all. The room itself was up to the usual high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast was really lovely, freshly cooked to order if you wanted the full English. The staff were, without exception, extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely return again if gets the wet room.
