Rooms

There are 150 guest rooms at The Spencer on Byron Hotel, each with beautifully made, comfortable beds and enough space to feel relaxed whilst you’re away from home. Our options include Studio Rooms or One-Bedroom Suites. All rooms have an ensuite and self-catering facilities. We also have limited rooms with accessible bathroom facilities.

Studio Rooms

Our studio rooms contain two queen-sized beds and are designed for up to three people to stay in comfort. There's also plenty of room to work at the desk and make use of the kitchenette. Each studio room contains an ensuite bathroom. Some Studio Rooms also have balconies with views over water, either Auckland’s Harbour, the Hauraki Gulf, Takapuna Beach or Lake Pupuke.

One-Bedroom Suites

For small families and those looking for plenty of space, our One-Bedroom Suites make the ideal base for your stay in Auckland. Our One-Bedroom Suites come with the option of King Bed, Queen Bed or 2 single beds and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and a child.

Some of our Suites have balconies with views over the water - Auckland's Harbour, the Hauraki Gulf, Takapuna Beach or Lake Pupuke. Or you can opt for a suite that opens out onto the courtyard beside our tennis court.

Either way, our Suites are light and spacious with heavy blackout curtains and comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.
