The two are joined by a bar, with Sichuan being decked out in a darker, Asian-inspired decor with paintings of the homeland hanging from the black brick walls. Pizzeria Violetta is real Italian eating and age old simplicity refreshed with contemporary flair. Using traditional wood-fire ovens Pizzeria Violetta’s authentic Italian pizza is thin in the centre, thickening slightly towards the crust and made with the finest 00 flours. Sichuan Bang Bang celebrates spice and bold flavours of Sichuan and surrounding regionals whilst adhering to the principles of traditional Sichuan cooking. Spicy flavours from the ‘heavenly country’ brought together with age-old recipes are Sichuan Bang Bang’s speciality.
