A block from the Gabba, Sorellina is dishing up seriously good wood-fired pizza in Woolloongabba’s historic Logan Road precinct. The traditional menu is divided into bianco and rosso pizzas, contemporary salads and a sweets menu that includes a wood-fired chocolate mousse and smoked pannacotta. Of course, pizza night is not complete without beer, and at Sorellina, it's on tap, plus there's an Aussie-Italian wine list for those looking for a classier option. The dining room is cool enough for a date but they also do take away for those looking for a night in.
Our Pizza is made with the best Italian “00” flour we can get our hands on, our dough is cold risen for at least 36 hours, shaped by hand and topped with sauce made from plump and juicy tomatoes, fresh local mozzarella & other great produce, then fired in our 100% wood burning oven (no gas ovens here!)
Our Wine List has a strong lean towards organic or biodynamic principles in the vineyard & minimal intervention in the winery. Good for us, good for you & good for future generations.
