Strauss is the creation of three friends looking to create a space that combined all the things they love about cafes in their own Brisbane space. Driven by the motto to serve some of the best coffees in town, there is a focus on getting the little things right and applying refined approach from the coffees to the food. Everything is sourced locally with the importance of supporting and working with the best suppliers available. Exposed bricks, dark chairs and smiling faces this is a modern cafe making its mark on the Brisbane cafe scene.
