The Walrus Club is an underground dive, carefully hidden in the basement of Brisbane's Regatta Hote . It looks the part of a prohibition era bar, with its exposed brick walls and leather couches and takes its drink seriously, with around 250 rums, sourced from all corners of the globe, from Nigeria to Puerto Rico. There's also a large range of whiskey, gin and mescal and a compact list of six cocktails that change every few weeks. Cheese boards and cured meats will keep the hunger at bay.
