An inner-city basement restaurant, Andaluz is constantly packed for good reason. Tucked away under the historic Parker & Parker building on Howard St in the CBD, Andaluz opened in February 2009 and immediately stated its claim as one of Perth's premier small bars. The brainchild of husband and wife team Ryan Gregory & Carla Arevalo, Andaluz draws its inspiration from years of travel, research, hospitality experience from around the world and a dash of Spanish heritage. The result is a contemporary style tapas bar which is both intimate and eclectic, mingling cosy antique leather lounges with beautiful soft furnishings.

In the kitchen you'll find our Head Chef Mark Morgan and his team preparing an uncompromising array of traditional and modern dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed with friends, while on the floor, Ryan & Carla together with a passionate group of bar and wait staff serve up a diverse list of international wines, beers and classic & contemporary cocktails.
