The Fraser’s complex in Kings Park has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, with the addition of a new, permanent State Reception Centre situated on the top of the building, high in the gum trees with a stunning view over the city and river. “We are looking forward to providing the same commitment and dedication to provide only the best food, wine and service now on a grander scale,” says Chris. Material has been locally sourced wherever possible and even Wandoo decking from the iconic Perry Lakes stadium has been given a new life in the balcony of the centre. “Fraser’s is versatile, and we bring our commitment to quality to everything we do,” says Chris. “So you will experience the same produce-driven food and excellent service whether you are having a cocktail party for 700, or an intimate dinner for two.”
