Sum Yung Guys is a playful collaboration of four guys ( Including 2016's Masterchef finalist Matt Sinclair) with a passion for Asian cuisine and video games on the Sunshine Coast. First, you notice the neon lights followed by the cheerful murals of video game characters and the buzzing of conversation from happy diners. Select from dishes that are small, sides, medium and large depending on your hunger level. These guys get a level up for their cocktail list of fun and delicious creations.
Bathed in an eye-catching red glow, Hey Griller specialises in dishing up grilled meats with fire (literally), sparks and the whole she-bang. Located in Victoria Park, Hey Griller’s penchant for Asian inspired flavours is reflected right across their curated menu from their choice of spice rub to their delectable secret sauce. If you’re not in the mood for smokey skewers or portions of incredibly tender beef flank and lamb shank, there are other crowd favourites on the menu too including grilled barramundi and fragrant bowls of chicken laksa.
