For those who are not inclined towards set menus, they have an a la carte option too. If you’re shivering from the cold, dishes like Smoked Linley Valley Pork Loin with fennel braised shoulder, beetroot and macadamia will warm you right up or for those with a sweet tooth, their Citrus Sorbet with basil sponge, almond and lime is nothing short of sublime.
