Yes, one of the hotel’s suites boasts an amazing Caesar bed which at 8ft wide by 7ft 3ins long is the biggest bed in Edinburgh!
Charm & Character With Cleverly Designed Modern Features
From the Snugs to the Suites, each room exudes its own charm and character, with cleverly designed modern features sitting alongside stunning original fireplaces and ornate cornice work. Luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets are complemented by richly textured Bute fabrics and wall coverings, while feature windows fill the air with natural light and afford wonderful views of the city skyline.

We have a limited number of rooms with baths for those who prefer that option.
Parking at the Place
Due to our central location we do not have parking at The Place, however, we are a very short walk from the multi storey car park at The Omni Centre, Leith Street and we recommend that if you are bringing a car that is the nearest parking available.
We have a tram stop right outside the hotel and are a short walk from the bus station and also Waverley train station and would recommend that visitors consider using public transport when visiting our beautiful but busy city.
