At our Dumfries bed and breakfast we intend to give you excellent quality and service at affordable prices. We have 4 lovely rooms and can offer family, double, twin and single rooms with en-suite/private bathrooms. Ample private and additional parking is available for all guests. Our house retains many original features such as cast iron staircases and fireplaces and some wonderfully ornate cornices.
We now offer free unlimited wireless internet access and each of our rooms have flat digital TVs with built in Freeview.

Dumfries and Galloway is an inspiring corner of Scotland where our national bard Robbie Burns lived, worked and died – his historical legacy and many other areas and sites such as the UK’s only triangular castle at Caerlaverlockand the beautiful Solway coastline are on our doorstep to visit. The area is a haven for walking / hiking, cycling (7 stanes), golfing, shooting and fishing and our guests regularly return to enjoy and pursue there pastimes. We have a secure basement available for all your bikes and sporting equipment to ensure it is safe during your stay.
