Our ice cream specialties come from traditional Italian recipes that have been treasured in our family for decades. Only the finest fruits and the best Austrian milk find their way into our ice cream creations, which are prepared by our Gelatai every day fresh and with a lot of Amore in our own production site on the spot. In addition to well-known classics, such as vanilla, chocolate or pistachio, we are constantly creating new varieties that are just waiting to be discovered by you.

For us Italians, Caffè is not just a simple hot drink - it's a passion! For this reason, we dedicate ourselves for over 30 years with great care and dedication of coffee roasting. In our own roasting "Trieste" we use only the finest Arabica and Robusta beans from the best growing areas in the world.  In order to preserve the original Italian taste, our Caffè is still roasted, as it was then by a gentle drum roasting process in a small traditional roasting house in Bella Italia especially for us. A little dolce vita even at home? Lovers of the original Italian Caffè can take a piece of Italy home with a pack of our "Trieste".

In addition to numerous timeless classics of Italian cuisine, such as antipasti, salads and various pasta creations, we serve in Castelletto a variety of international dishes that are interpreted Italian by our chefs.
