Three Way House has established itself as a warm, welcoming, comfortable and quirky Cotswold village hotel. The emphasis is on great customer service and delicious food, with welcoming log fires in the winter and a lovely rose filled garden to enjoy in the summer, it’s like a home from home. We are also home of the world famous Pudding Club!
Three Way House is only 90 minutes from London, 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the gateway to the Cotswolds a fabulous base to explore from.
Set in a 19th-century Cotswold stone property with flower-filled gardens, this boutique hotel is 1.7 miles from Kiftsgate Court Garden and 1.8 miles from the National Trust-owned Hidcote Manor Garden.
In the main building and a garden annex, the stylish rooms (some with pudding themes) include en suite bathrooms, free WiFi, TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Some also feature private patio gardens.
There's free full English breakfast, plus an acclaimed restaurant and a brasserie. The hotel also hosts Pudding Club meetings on Fridays; a 3-course meal followed by 7 puddings and a vote for the best dessert.

There are 48 individually styled bedrooms; cosy doubles and some superior rooms are located in the main house, whilst six of the seven quirky pudding theme rooms and our classic rooms are located in the garden wing. There are a number of ground floor rooms; some of these have pretty, private patio gardens.
Each bedroom has a shower and/or bath and is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, homemade biscuits, hairdryer, remote control TV, radio, direct dial phone and free Wi-Fi.
Your well-behaved dog is welcome to stay too! Some of our rooms have their own pretty patio garden and there is easy access to the miles of footpaths and walks on our doorstep.
