Owned by Margaret and Ian Snaith since 1988, the elegant former Victorian farmhouse combines traditional values with chic contemporary accommodation and spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes to the North Sea.
Guests can enjoy celebrated gastronomy courtesy of Head Chef and rising culinary star Eric Snaith and his team. Eric’s flair and flavours have earned him a reputation for exquisitely presented, innovative, modern European food. The finest local ingredients and cutting edge-techniques have won the hotel three AA Rosettes and Eric himself the title of Eastern Daily Press Norfolk Food and Drink Chef of the Year 2012.
Arrival & Car Parking
Parking is reserved at the front door of the hotel, which offers good access without steps. Parking for the ground floor bedrooms is close to their door.

Accessible Rooms & Bathrooms / Accessibility
At Titchwell Manor Hotel we are committed to providing accessibility for all our guests. We have 18 ground floor rooms, situated outside of the main Hotel building.
Rooms 30 and 31
These bedrooms have toilet/wet rooms equipped for wheelchair users and designated disabled parking next to the bedrooms. Beds are twin divans or 6ft double. Beds are made with duvets, but we can offer sheets and blankets if preferred.
Garden Bedrooms
12 rooms are in the Herb Garden which is 120 yards from the front entrance of the hotel and 25 yards from the restaurant via a path through the gardens. It is possible to drive your car from the bedroom to the front of the hotel which has designated disabled parking bays. The rooms in the garden are well lit and quiet.
Cottage Bedrooms
Four rooms are in the little Norfolk cottage which is 25 yards from the front of the main hotel over a gravel driveway. Guests may drive to their bedroom from the reception to load and unload luggage but the disabled parking for these rooms is at the front of the hotel. Pet dogs are permitted to sleep in one these bedrooms.
Public Areas / Dining / Room Service
The restaurant and bar areas do not have steps and are all ground level. A ramp leads guests from the conservatory into the gardens. The public disabled toilet is accessed through the front of the hotel. All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities with cordless kettles. Room service is available from 8am to 9pm. All bedrooms are strictly non-smoking areas. For guests who require the level of the bed altering we can supply wooden blocks.
Additional Information
We can supply a wheelchair, if required, for use during your holiday. All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone for outside calls, or to the main hotel which has night service cover for emergencies. Telephone numbers for the local Doctor, Vet etc. are available from Reception. The mobile phone network in this area can be unreliable.
