The Building is a new four star Hotel ideally located in the center of the City of Rome. The Hotel is just a few steps from Termini Station and next to the Castro Pretorio tube station. Our Hotel is perfectly located, with the heart of Rome just a few minutes away. The hotel has 108 doubles and triples rooms, among them there are 16 Junior Suites. The modern design of the furniture is essential and elegant, the space is planned to guarantee functionality and comfort of the spaces. Every room is endowed with interactive Satellite Tv, which is a perfect tool to reach several information about the hotel, as for instance, the menus and wine list from the Retsaurant, as well as, outdoor activities as news for national and international newspapers and to be updated constantly. The Hotel offers a free dedicated Wi-Fi connection, phone calls and a domotic system to ensure a friendly management of all the stuffs. All rooms have private bathroom. Daily maid service is included in the room price.
Our Junior Suite are characterized by a modern and elegant decòr by Hermès. The rooms are made of a living-room, a bedroom with a Jacuzzi and a bathroom. The bed has a particular round design and the bathroom is endowed with a comfortable shower. The Duplex Junior Suites are made of two floors, a private living-room with sofa and one bedroom.
