Plush rooms have mahogany beds, marble bathrooms with separate showers and tubs, spa robes and designer toiletries. Suites offer whirlpool tubs and concierge service, which includes hot breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks. A presidential suite adds a separate living area, a baby grand piano, a full bar and optional butler service.
There’s a high-end steakhouse and a rooftop pool with a bar, as well as meeting and event space. Valet parking is available (fee).

Decorated in grand historic Charleston style, each Luxury King room offers residential furnishings such as a mahogany king size poster bed and an extravagant Italian marble bath with standing shower, all in a setting unlike any other you'll find in Charleston.
Breakfast includes freshly baked pastries by Executive Pastry Chef, Gerry Elliot, as well as coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. Grill 225 steakhouse serves fresh seafood with an extensive wine list and dessert menu.
Pavilion Bar offers a full lunch and dinner menu on the rooftop terrace. Corporate-style meeting rooms, private dining, and semi-private dining can be arranged for a fee.
