Off Route 192, this family-friendly resort is 6 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 7 miles from the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge.
Modern 1-bedroom suites have full kitchens, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and washer/dryers, plus lake, resort and/or lagoon views. Polished 2- and 3-bedroom suites add balconies, living/dining rooms and extra bathrooms.
Amenities include 3 restaurants and 3 bars, plus a water park and 3 pools. There's also a hot tub, a spa and a 24-hour gym, as well as a game room, and a lake with water sports. Parking is available (fee).

To accommodate our ADA guests, we have Handicap parking located close to the main entrance of the resort as well as on every level of the parking garages closest to the entrances.
The two main entrances to the resort are ADA accessible. Routes to guest rooms, The Springs Pools, Surfari Water Park, lobby, dining areas, meeting space and parking are accessible, however, doors in these areas are fire doors.
We have ADA compliant guestrooms with shower benches, shower bars, wide doorways, accessible light switches, lower counters, visual fire alarm and doorbell, and emergency strobe lights.
